Seaweed tartare toast on guacamole

Ingredients

Bread slices or crackers
1 jar of seaweed tartare Porto-Muiños
1 ripe avocado or 1 small container of guacamole
1 garlic clove
Juice of half a lemon
Red onion
Salt, pepper, and vinegar
Sliced red chili (optional)

Prepared by

1. Cut the red onion into thin strips and marinate with a little vinegar and salt for about 10 minutes.
2. Mash the avocado with a garlic clove, juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper (or use prepared guacamole).
3. Spread a little guacamole on the bread slices.
4. Place a spoonful of seaweed tartare on top.

Presentation

1. Decorate with the marinated red onion and one or two slices of red chili.
