DULSE, VEGETABLES AND GOAT CHEESE SAVORY TART
Ingredients
1 Puff pastry dough
200 g goat cheese
200 g onion
150 g broccoli florets
100 g carrot
10 g dried Dulse
4 Eggs
200 g cream
100 g tomato sauce
50 g olive oil
25 g anchovies
Prepared by
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
2. Hydrate the dulse for 5 minutes in half a liter of water. Drain and chop.
3. Cut the carrot into strips and cook with the broccoli for 8 minutes.
4. Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Sauté it in the oil until caramelized.
5. Place the puff pastry in a baking pan. Place a base of caramelized onion and chopped anchovies. Distribute the broccoli and carrots, the chopped cheese and the dulse.
6. Beat the eggs with the cream and tomato sauce and cover the vegetables.
7. Bake for about 20 minutes at 190ºC.
8. Serve.
