Wakame seaweed* (Undaria pinnatifida), nori seaweed* (Porphyra yezoensis) and sea lettuce seaweed* (Ulva spp.). *From organic production. ES-ECO-022-GA EU/non EU AGRICULTURE. Seaweed harvested by hand in its natural environment in the coasts of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters) and nori cultivated in the Pacific Northwest.

Mixture of three seaweeds with different flavors. The fine and cartilaginous texture of sea lettuce and nori combines with the slightly crunchy texture of wakame.

Uses in the kitchen

Hydrated or blanched:
In salads.
Boiled:
In soups, creams, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews and pies. As garnish in fish or seafood dishes. As ingredients in rice or pasta dishes.
