HABITAT IN GALICIA

IN THE KITCHEN

Popular in soups, stews, scrambled eggs, croquettes, salads, rice, pasta, fish or meat garnishes, sandwiches and in making bread.

It can be used to prepare juices and “dips”.

It is a great condiment in powder.
