The winning company is Porto-Muíños S.L. dedicated to the sale of seaweeds. This business initiative was the winner of this category due to its business trajectory, the jobs creation, the presence of women and social responsibility and its innovative management systems.

The versatility award, which recognizes the contribution of a product to the gastronomic heritage due to its multiple applications, has gone to the Flavored Salts Flakes from the company PORTO-MUIÑOS, LAS VERDURAS DEL MAR, dedicated to seaweeds.

Madrid Spain. Salts with three types of seaweed -sea lettuce, wakame and nori-, with smoked paprika, with boletus mushrooms, with curry and with aromatic herbs they hope to season dishes shortly inside and outside of Spain, Rosa María Mirás explained to Efe.
