Ingredients

1 can of natural seaweed tartare Porto-Muiños
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salmon roe or caviar substitute (optional)
A few drops of lemon juice
Red onion
Fresh sprouts (optional)

Prepared by

1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
2. Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, seaweed tartare, and lemon juice.
3. Fill each egg half with the mixture.
4. Finish with red onion, caviar, and fresh sprouts.
