NORI AND CHEESE CRISPS

Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry
250 g grated cheese
1 egg
Sweet paprika
10 g of dehydrated Nori

Prepared by

1. Preheat the oven to 190° C.
2. In a pan, over low heat, lightly toast the nori until it releases a little aroma.
3. Place the puff pastry, brush with the beaten egg, and sprinkle the entire dough with the toasted nori.
4. Cover with the grated cheese and sprinkle with a little paprika. Cut into strips of approximately 6×2 cm and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is lightly golden.
5. Serve cold as an appetizer.
