NORI AND CHEESE CRUNCH

INGREDIENTS

1 Puff pastry
250 g grated cheese
1 Egg
Sweet paprika
10 g dried nori flakes

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 190º C

2. In a frying pan, over low heat, lightly toast the nori until it releases a little aroma.

3. Place the puff pastry, paint with the beaten egg and sprinkle all the dough with the toasted nori.

4. Cover with the grated cheese and sprinkle a little paprika. Cut into strips of 6x2 cm approx. and bake them for about 15 minutes or until the cheese turns slightly golden.

PRESENTATION

Serve it cold as an appetizer.
