ORGANIC SALTED WAKAME SEAWEED

Wakame from organic production preserved in sea salt. Seaweed with a mild sea flavor and a slightly crunchy and meaty appearance. Wakame is brown in color and turns green when cooked.

Uses in the kitchen

Raw or blanched: in salads.
Boiled (15-20 min.): as a garnish in fish or meat dishes.
As an ingredient in the preparation of rice, pasta, legumes, soups, scrambled eggs, croquettes, canapés, etc.
