POTATOES OMELETTE WITH WAKAME

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Kg Potatoes
1 small onion
10 g dried Wakame
6 eggs
Salt
Olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Soak the Wakame seaweed 5 min in abundant water and drain.
2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and onion into thin slices. Fry the potatoes and onion, in thin slices, in plenty of olive oil.
3. Halfway through frying, add the drained wakame and finish frying.
4. Drain everything, salt to taste and mix with beaten eggs.
5. Set the mixture in the pan with a bit of oil.
6. Serve.
