Mussel pâté with sea lettuce

Ingredients

2 tablespoons organic sea lettuce powder
200 g natural mussels
50 g cream cheese
30 g mayonnaise
1 spring onion

For a snack:
Potato chips and crunchy bread toasts or breadsticks

Prepared by

1. Put the mussels, cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives and 1 tablespoon of BIO sea lettuce powder in a blender cup.
2. Blend well.
3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Presentation

1. Place the pâté in a deep dish or in a presentation tin.
2. Sprinkle BIO Sea Lettuce powder on one half of the pâté.
3. Serve with potato chips and crispy bread toasts or picks.
