Vegan reinterpretation of the tartar recipe, with finely chopped seaweed from the Galician Rias. Organically produced seaweed(Himanthalia elongata, Undaria pinnatifida and Ulva spp.).

Uses in the kitchen

Ideal for appetizers and canapés. Spread on toast with anchovies, raspberries, anchovies, trout caviar… To accompany smoked meats or asparagus. Combines well with pasta dishes and salads. Cold salads of pasta, tomato and tomato with mozzarella. Stuffed eggs mixing the tartar with the yolk and mayonnaise. As a garnish for meats and fish.
