Everyone asks us the same question: how do I use dehydrated seaweed? And that’s great, we like it. And how do you use a carrot? You’ll surely answer “in everything”: stews, soups, salads, juices, in cakes and biscuits, even raw. How do you use seaweed? The answer lies in what they are and how they are. Seaweed are vegetables, sea vegetables.
Some taste more like vegetables and others more like the sea. That’s a good clue. Think of other seafood products, fish, shellfish and molluscs; they are used in everything and in a thousand and one ways: stews, grilled, casseroles, rice dishes, salads, scrambled eggs… That’s a first step. Try it, don’t be afraid, wherever there is room for a seafood product, there is, without a doubt, a place for Las Verduras del Mar®.
