ARTICHOKES SAUTÉED WITH AGAR-AGAR

Ingredients

240 g of cooked artichokes
10 g of agar-agar in strips (30 g in hydrated)
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of sweet chili
50 g of extra virgin olive oil.

Prepared by

1. To hydrate the agar-agar in half a liter of water during 20 minutes. After this time, drain.
2. Temper the artichokes in their cooking water.
3. Cut the garlic into slices.
4. In a frying pan, lightly brown the garlic in the oil over very low heat.
5. Add the drained artichokes and the chili.
6. Sauté for 2 minutes over high heat and add the agar agar and serve.
