APPLE, KIWI AND NORI CAKE

Ingredients

1 shortcrust pastry base
2 golden apples
1 tablespoon of panela (15 g)
4 g of dehydrated nori
3 ripe kiwifruit (+/- 350 g)

Prepared by

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Set aside.
3. Peel the apples. Core and cut into thin slices.
4. Cover the tart pan with baking paper and place the shortcrust pastry on top and bake 5 minutes.
5. Place the sliced apples on top of the dough. Sprinkle with the panela and half of the nori and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
6. Once it has cooled, place the kiwi slices on top and sprinkle with the rest of the dehydrated nori flakes.
