ORGANIC AGAR AGAR AGAR POWDER

Agar agar is a natural polysaccharide, obtained from different species of red algae(Rhodophyceae). It is presented in the form of white strips. Agar agar is a vegan option to “traditional” gelatin. Ingredients: Agar-Agar (E-406) powder.

Uses in the kitchen

It is used as a thickener, stabilizer and gelling agent in: jams, jellies, juices, compotes, pies, custards, custard, ice cream, mayonnaise and other sauces. It stands out for its high fiber content and is rich in minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Pour the Agar-Agar powder over the water and stir until its complete dispersion. Heat to boiling point and stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
Agar-Agar gelatin maintains its texture at room temperature.
