YOGURT AND NORI CAKE
1 Natural yogurt
125 ml olive oil
140 g brown sugar
150 g wheat flour
1 Packet of backing powder (16 g)
Grated lemon zest and juice of 1 lemon
10 g nori flakes
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the yogurt, oil, nori seaweed, juice and lemon zest.
3. Add the flour slowly to the previous mixture.
4. Bake at 180º C, for 30 min, in a non-stick mold.
