YOGURT AND NORI CAKE

Ingredients

3 Eggs
1 Natural yogurt
125 ml olive oil
140 g brown sugar
150 g wheat flour
1 Packet of baking powder (16 g)
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
10 g Nori flakes

Prepared by

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the yogurt, oil, nori seaweed, lemon juice, and zest.
3. Add the flour gradually to the previous mixture.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes in a non-stick mold.

Presentation

Cut the cake into triangular portions and enjoy a sweet sea.
