APPLE AND AGAR-AGAR COMPOTE

Ingredients

400 g ripe apples
50 g cane sugar
3 g agar-agar strips
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon
200 ml water

Prepared by

1. Hydrate the agar-agar in half a liter of water for 20 minutes.
2. Peel the apple and chop it.
3. Place the chopped apple, the peel and juice of half a lemon, the cinnamon stick, sugar, agar-agar, and water in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 30 min
4. Remove the cinnamon stick and crush the entire mixture.

Presentation

Serve in individual containers with natural yogurt and sprinkled cinnamon.
