APPLE AND AGAR-AGAR COMPOTE
400 g ripe apples
50 g cane sugar
3 g agar agar strips
1 Cinnamon stick
200 ml water
1. Soak the agar agar in abundant water for 20 min.
2. Peel and chop the apple.
3. Place in a saucepan the chopped Apple, the peel, the lemon juice, the cinnamon stick, the sugr, the agar agar and the water. Cook it at low temperature for 30 min
4. Remove the cinnamon stick and crush all the mixture.
5. Ready to serve.
Serve it individual with plain yogurt and sprinkled cinnamon.
