Ingredients

8 g agar-agar in strips
½ Lettuce
1 carrot
1/4 red onion
8 black olives
50 g bean sprouts
1 small tomato
Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon chestnut honey, salt

Prepared by

1. To hydrate the agar-agar in half a liter of water during 20 minutes. After this time, drain.
Wash and cut the lettuce, the red onion, the tomato and the carrot in strips.
3. Preparation of the dressing: mix all the ingredients of the dressing and beat with a few rods so that everything is integrated well.
4. To plate, place the lettuce, carrot, onion, olives, bean sprouts, tomato and agar agar in a bowl and dress the prepared dressing on top.
