SWEET AND SOUR SALAD WITH AGAR-AGAR
8 g agar agar strips
¼ Red onion
8 Black olives
50 g soja shoots
1 Small tomato
Dressing: 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of chestnut honey, salt
1. Soak the agar agar in abundant water for 20 min. Drain
2. Wash and cut in strips the lettuce, red onion, tomato and the carrot
3. Preparation of the dressing: mix all the ingredients of the dressing and beat with some rods so that everything is integrated well.
4. For plating, place the lettuce, carrot, onion, olives, bean sprouts, tomato and agar agar in a bowl and season the prepared dressing on top.
