FUSILLI, TOFU AND AGAR-AGAR SALAD

Ingredients

10 g agar-agar
110 g fusilli with wakame
100 g tofu
8 cherry tomatoes
For the dressing:
5 tablespoons olive oil (20 g)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (10 g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (6 g)
For plating:
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 pinch of chopped scallion

Prepared by

1. Hydrate the agar-agar in half a liter of water for 20 minutes. After this time, drain.
2. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients with a whisk so that everything is integrated.
3. Chop the tofu and marinate 30 minutes in the dressing.
4. Cook the fusilli 4 minutes in 1 liter of water with a pinch of salt, after that time, drain and cool under cold running water.
5. To plate, place the fusilli, cherries and drained tofu. Dress with the marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.
