Mussels with seaweed and citrus mayo

Ingredients

1 can of mussels with seaweed in white escabeche Porto-Muiños
1 can of seaweed salad Porto-Muiños
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Zest of half a lime or half a lemon
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 lettuce hearts
Salmon roe (optional)

Prepared by

1. Drain and reserve the juice from the cans.
2. Flavor the mayonnaise with lime or lemon zest.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the cans with the juice of the chosen citrus and olive oil.
4. Place some seaweed salad and a mussel on top of the lettuce leaves, and dress with the mixture from step 3.

Presentation

1. Add small dots of citrus mayonnaise and a few salmon roe.
