TURKEY AND WAKAME DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

400 g minced turkey meat
150 g stale bread crumbs
10 g dried wakame
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1 carrots
2 onions
2 ripe peeled tomatoes
600 g poultry stock
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
Flour for breading
Milk

Prepared by

Hydrate the wakame for 10 minutes in plenty of water and drain.
2. Soak the bread crumbs in milk.
3. To prepare the sauce: cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
Add the poultry stock until covered.
5. Season the meat with salt and pepper, add the chopped wakame, the breadcrumbs, the egg and a chopped clove of garlic.
6. Make balls, roll in flour and fry. Finish cooking in the sauce for 15 minutes.
7. Serve.

Presentation

They can be served with mashed potatoes.
