LEEK CREAM AND SEA MOSS
375 g leek
150 g potatoes
50 g olive oil
750 ml vegetable broth
4 g dried sea moss
50 ml almond drink
1. Soak sea moss in abundant water for 5 min and drain.
2. Wash and peel the potato. Cut in thin sheets. Was the leek and cut into sheets.
3. Fry lightly the leek in the oil for 5 min., add the potatoes, the sea moss and fry lightly 5 min. more.
4. Add the vegetable broth and the almond drink and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Crush and add salt.
With the ladle, from the pot to the plate, you decide the quantity.
