Razor clams with sea spaghetti and herb butter

Ingredients

1 can of razor clams in garlic sauce with Porto-Muiños sea spaghetti
Galician sourdough bread
100 g of butter at room temperature
Half a clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of chopped chives
1 pinch of salt
Black pepper
Fresh sprouts (optional)

Prepared by

1. Toast the bread in a toaster or oven.
2. Mix the butter with garlic and chopped herbs, add salt and pepper, and work well with a spatula until creamy.
3. Spread the butter on the cold bread.
4. Place a razor clam and some sea spaghetti on top.

Presentation

1. Decorate with fresh sprouts.
