CODIUM ORGANIC POWDER 200 g
Sea Ramallo seaweed (Codium spp.) from organic production. ES-ECO-022-GA. EU Agriculture. Seaweed harvested by hand in its natural environment in the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters).
Flavor: salty, and with a seafloor very similar to that of barnacles.
Uses in the kitchen
Use as a condiment.
Add directly to food as a spice to flavor especially fish, creams, rice and side dishes. But also for meats, croquettes and scrambled eggs. It is a good ingredient in the elaboration of vinaigrettes, tartars, sauces and foams.
