Ingrédients

1 can of sea spaghetti with young garlic Porto-Muiños
Toasted bread, mariñeiras cookies, or crackers
Ricotta or fresh cheese
Lemon or lime zest
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Walnuts
Garlic flowers (optional)

Élaboration

1. Toast the bread (or use crackers).
2. Mix the ricotta with lemon or lime zest, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread a layer of ricotta on the bread.
4. Add a spoonful of sea spaghetti with young garlic.

Présentation

1. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a walnut, and a garlic flower.
