The sea is the garden of Rosa Mirás and Antonio Muiños, and the seaweeds are the vegetables that grow in it. The Muiños, at this point, a team of almost seventy people, cultivate and take care of their garden, giving margin to the products of each season, and finally harvest it. I do not see many differences with those that works in the Land, beyond the fact that here the farmer goes to the fields dressed in a wetsuit and that everything they collect reaches the basket wrapped in water, iodine and salt.
