Twenty years ago Rosa Mirás opted to commercialize seaweed for consumption in Galicia and founded Porto-Muiños together with her husband. The rise of haute cuisine, the search for a healthier lifestyle and vegetarian diets have helped to push a business that has Ferrán Adriá as its godfather.
