
SQUID AND SEA SPAGHETTI Fideuà
Ingredients
500 g of squid
160 g of fideuà noodles
1.2 liters of fish stock
15 g of dehydrated sea spaghetti
1 Onion
150 g of tomato
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
1 pinch of sweet paprika
Salt
Prepared by
1. Hydrate the spaghetti in half a liter of water for 10 minutes. Drain and reserve the water.
2. Add the water used to hydrate the spaghetti to the broth and mix.
3. Wash and dice the onion, tomato, and garlic.
4. Clean the squid and cut them into rings.
5. In a saucepan, add a splash of oil and brown the garlic and onion. Add the squid and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
6. Add the chopped spaghetti, chopped tomato, and paprika, cover with the fish stock and the spaghetti water. As soon as it starts to boil, add the noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes.
7. Serve.
