GOAT LOG, SEAWEED AND WALNUT SALAD

Ingredients

2 slices of goat log

For the seaweed and walnut dressing:
4 peeled walnuts
1 teaspoon of honey
juice of ½ lemon
60 g of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of water
1 pinch of black pepper
3 g of seaweed salad

To plate:
50 g of mixed lettuces cleaned
4 fresh basil leaves

Prepared by

For the dressing:
1. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
2. Add the dehydrated seaweed salad, water, honey, oil, lemon juice and black pepper.
3. Stir and set aside.

For the goat roll:
1. Heat a frying pan without oil.
2. Add the cheese slices and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Add the dressing and serve.

Presentation

Arrange the cheese slices with the dressing in the center of 2 plates. Arrange the salads around them.
