Uses in the kitchen

Ready to eat as a tapa at room temperature or hot, it does not need previous preparation. For an original touch, you can add a few drops of vinegar or a few pieces of blue cheese to the tapa.

Pairing: white wines aged in barrels. White vermouths.
Toasted and intense beers.
