You will need:
4 eggs, preferably organic
A little butter
A round baking tin, 9.8 – 12 inches.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Beat the eggs in a bowl and then, add the content of the large sachet. Mix well with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Grease the baking tin with butter and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave it to cool at room temperature before removing from the tin.
Place the cross of St. James in the center of the cake and sprinkle the icing sugar (small sachet), using a strainer. Remove the cross and enjoy your homemade almond cake.
