To prepare your cake you will need:
4 eggs (65 g egg), preferably organic
A little butter
A 22 to 25 cm round baking tin.
1 Preheat the oven to 170-180°C (340-350°F)
2 Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Then, add the content of the large sachet and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
3 Grease the baking tin with butter and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave it to cool at room temperature before removing from the tin.
4 Sprinkle the icing sugar (small sachet), using a strainer.
