Hand harvested seaweed on its natural environment in the Galician coast (Vizcayan Gulf and Portuguese coast). Hydrate, cook and enjoy. Traditional seaweed in Asian cuisine and currently in more and more countries in the world. Fresh has a dark brown color that turns into dark green when heated. It has a soft oyster flavor, a bit astringent and meaty texture slightly crunchy.

Uso en la cocina:

Hidratada: Aliñada en ensalada.
Hervida: Como guarnición o lecho en platos de pescado, carne
o marisco. En ensaladas, revueltos, croquetas, potajes de vigilia,
hamburguesas, arroces, pastas, etc

Preparación:

Hidratado: Sumergir en agua durante 10 minutos.
Cuando se hidrata aumenta 6 veces su peso en seco.
Cocción: Cocer durante 5 minutos
