TOMATO, PISTACHIOS AND SEAWEED SALAD

Ingredients

2 salad tomatoes
6 g of dried seaweed salad
Half chives
12 peeled pistachios

For the vinaigrette
60 g extra virgin olive oil
20 g of cider vinegar
1 pinch of white pepper

Preparation

1. Chop the dried seaweed into small pieces, with a knife or with the help of a food processor.
2. Cut the tomato and chives into slices.
3. Parsley chop the pistachios.
For the vinaigrette
1. Mix the oil, the vinegar and the pepper. Remove and reserve.

Presentation

1. Place the tomato slices on a plate. Sprinkle with the dried and chopped seaweed.
2. Place on top of the chive slices and pistachios.
3. Dress with the vinaigrette and serve.
