STIR FRIED VEGETABLES WITH SEAWEED SALAD, SESAME AND FRESH CHEESE
10 g de Ensalada de algas deshidratadas / 10 g dried seaweed salad
2 Zanahorias / 2 carrots
150 g spinach
1 Small red pepper
1 Small zucchini
1 Garlic clove
200 g fresh cheese
1 Tablespoon of black and white sesame
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1. Soak the seaweed in abundant water for 5 min. and stir.
2. Wash the vegetables and chop into thin slices, except the spinach leaves that we will use whole.
3. Wash the sesame a couple of times in water and drain it.
4. Put a bit of olive oil in a wok, stir-fry the vegetable in this order: garlic, pepper, carrot, onion, seaweeds, sesame and zucchini. Seasoning.
Serve the spinach leaves raw and the cheese in cubes
