SEA MOSS AND GARLIC SHRIMP

Ingredients

350 g of shrimp
2 cloves of garlic
1 cayenne pepper
Olive oil
10 g of dehydrated sea moss
Salt

Prepared by

1. Hydrate the sea moss in half a liter of water for 5 minutes. Cook for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Heat the oil with the sliced garlic and cayenne pepper; as soon as it starts to brown, add the shrimp with a little salt and the cooked sea moss. Cook for 4 minutes.
3. Serve.
