SEA MOSS AND SHRIMPS IN GARLIC SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

350 g shrimps
2 Garlic cloves
1 Chilli
Olive oil
10 g dried Sea moss
Salt

PREPARATION

1. Soak the sea moss in abundant water for 5 minutes.
Cook it for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Heat the oil with the sliced garlic and the chilli; As soon as it starts to brown, add the shrimps with a bit of salt and the cooked sea moss.
3. Serve.
