SCRMBLED EGGS WITH SEA SPAGHETTI AND TENDER GARLIC
25 g dried sea spaghetti
9 Tender garlic bunches
Extra virgin olive oil
Sal / Salt
4 Slices of toasted bread
1. Soak the sea spaghetti in abundant water for 10 min. and Stir.
2. Wash and chop the tender garlic.
3. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the sea spaghetti and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Season .
4. Add the eggs without beating previously. Stir quickly and continuously until the eggs are cooked.
