SAUTÉ ARTICHOKE WITH AGAR-AGAR
240 g of boiled artichoke
10 g of agar-agar in strips (30g in hydrated)
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of bell pepper
50 g of extra virgin olive oil
1. Hydrate the agar agar in 500ml of water about 20minutes. Drain.
2. Cut the clove into thin slices.
3. In a pan, brown just a little bit the clove in the oil over low heat.
4. Add the artichokes and the bell pepper in the pan and sauté for 2 minutes over high heat.
5. Add the agar-agar and serve.
