SALMON, AVOCADO AND SEAWEED SALAD TARTART

INGREDIENTS

250 g salmon
1/2 Avocado
1/4 red onion
An teaspoon of Mustrard (Dijon)
6 Small pickled gherkins
Juice of 1 lemon
4 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
10 g Seaweed salad
Salt flakes

PREPARATION

1. Chop the salmon, avocado, red onion and pickles into small cubes.
2. To prepare the dressing: mix the oil, mustard, lemon juice and pepper. Homogenize the mixture. Add the dried seaweeds to the dressing and leave it for 10 minutes.
3. Put all the ingredients together and marinate for 20 min.
4. Serve.

PRESENTATION

Put it in a nice plate and some salt flakes
