SMOKED SALMON AND SEA LETTUCE SALAD

Ingredients

450 g of potatoes
250 g of carrots
150 g of peas
2 eggs
180 g of smoked salmon
170 g of mayonnaise
20 pitted green olives
10 g of dried sea lettuce
Salt
A dash of extra virgin olive oil

Prepared by

Hydrate the sea lettuce in half a liter of water for 5 minutes.
2. Wash and peel the potato and carrot and cut into cubes.
3. Steam the potato and carrot for 10 minutes; add the peas for another 5 minutes.
4. Drain and let cool under cold running water. Set aside.
5. Cook the eggs in water for 12 minutes. Cool and peel.
6. Chop the sea lettuce and smoked salmon.
7. In a bowl, place the potato, carrot, peas, olives, sea lettuce and smoked salmon and grate the boiled eggs on top.
8. Bind the mixture with the mayonnaise and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
9. Serve.

Presentation

Place the salad on a nice platter. You can garnish the dish with a salmon flower, eggs and olives.
