SEAFOOD PIZZA WITH SEA LETTUCE

Ingredients

1 Pizza base
150 g of tomato sauce
150 g of grated mozzarella cheese
150 g of canned tuna in olive oil
10 pieces of anchovies in vinegar
5 pieces of anchovies
Black olives
8 g of sea lettuce
Extra virgin olive oil

Prepared by

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
2. Hydrate the lettuce in half a liter of water for 5 minutes. Drain and chop finely.
3. Cover the pizza base with the tomato sauce and lettuce. Place the tuna, anchovies, olives and anchovies on top.
4. Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella and bake for 12-15 minutes at 190 ºC.
Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.

Presentation

Remove from the oven and add a dash of EVOO before serving. Be careful that it burns, use protective gloves, your hands are very valuable.
