NORI CREPES WITH CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

12 CREPES (45 g per crepe)
300 g of milk
2 organic eggs
110 g of spelt flour
4 g of dehydrated nori
40 g of butter
60 g of dark chocolate

Prepared by

Mix the flour with the dehydrated nori.
2. Melt the butter and set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk and the melted butter. Add the flour with the nori little by little until it is integrated into the mixture.
4. Let stand for 1 hour.
5. Heat a frying pan or pancake pan, grease with oil or butter. Put a thin layer of the dough and cook on both sides.
Put the chocolate in a bain-marie to melt it.
7. Roll the crepes and place chocolate threads on top.
