Mini tartlets with cream cheese, seaweed, and smoked salmon

Ingredients

8 tartlet shells
140 g cream cheese
1 jar of natural seaweed tartare Porto-Muiños
6 slices of smoked salmon
4–5 strands of chives
Salmon caviar or substitute (optional)

Prepared by

1. Place the slices of smoked salmon on a cutting board forming a rectangle.
2. Place the chives and cream cheese in the center and roll into a cylinder.
3. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
4. Fill the tartlets halfway with cream cheese.
5. Add a teaspoon of seaweed tartare.
6. Finish with a piece of the smoked salmon roll and a little caviar for decoration.
