LEEK AND SEA MOSS CREAM

Ingredients

375 g leek
150 g potato
50 g olive oil
750 ml vegetable stock
4 g dehydrated sea moss
50 ml almond drink
Salt

Prepared by

1. Hydrate the moss in half a liter of water for 5 minutes and drain.
2. Wash and peel the potato. Cut into thin slices. Wash the dog and cut it into slices.
3. Sauté the leek in oil for 5 minutes, add the potato and moss, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the vegetable broth and almond drink and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Blend and season with salt.
6. Serve.

Presentation

With the ladle, from the pot to the plate, you decide the quantity.
