KOMBU STEAMED MUSSELS

Ingredients

750 g of mussels
1 g of dried kombu
300 g of water

Preparation

1. Boil the kombu in water for 12 minutes
2. Remove the whiskers from the mussels and wash them.
3. Bring the kombu water to a boil in a pot.
4. Add the mussels and cook until they open.

Presentation

Serve the open mussels with their shell
