Ingredients

750 g of mussels
1 g of dehydrated kombu
300 g water

Prepared by

Cook the kombu in the water for 12 minutes.
2. Debark and wash the mussels.
3. Bring the kombu water to a boil in a pot.
4. Add the mussels and cook until they open.

Presentation

Serve the mussels open in their shells.
