GRILLED WATERMELON FILLET AND CODIUM
4 g of dried codium
2 slices of watermelon
1 squirt of extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of black pepper
1. Chop the codium into small pieces (approximately 1 mm): it is advisable to use a food processor.
2. Peel the watermelon slices and sprinkle with the pepper and flaked codium. Stand 2 minutes.
3. Heat a grill, add the jet of oil and place the slices until golden brown on both sides.
4. Ready to serve.
