GRILLED WATERMELON FILLET AND CODIUM

Ingredients

4 g of dehydrated codium
2 slices of watermelon
1 dash of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of black pepper

Prepared by

1. Chop the codium into small pieces (about 1 mm): it is advisable to use a food processor.
2. Peel the watermelon slices and sprinkle with the pepper and codium flakes. Let stand 2 minutes.
3. Heat a grill, add the drizzle of oil and place the slices until golden brown on both sides.
4. Ready to serve.
