SCALLOPS AU GRATIN WITH WAKAME

Ingredients

20 cleaned scallops
10 g of dehydrated wakame
3 onions
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs

Prepared by

1. Hydrate the wakame for 10 min and set aside.
2. Dice the onion into small pieces, fry for 10 min over very low heat, without browning.
3. Add the drained and chopped wakame.
4. Fry for 10 more min.
5. Place the onion on top of the scallops, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs and bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes.

Presentation

On a board or platter in individual portions.
