GRATINATED SCALLOPS WITH WAKAME

Ingredients

20 cleaned scallops
10 g of dried Wakame
Onions
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs

Preparation

1. Soak the Wakame 10 min
2. Chop the onion into small cubes, fry for 10 min on very low heat, without taking color.
3. Add the drained and chopped Wakame.
4. Fry 10 min. more.
5. Place the onion on top of the scallops, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
